I hate to say it, but the warranty support was disappointing. I reached out to customer service and, well, it felt like I was just being ignored. I was hoping the warranty would help, but in my experience it really didn’t do much at all

Bought it from imalentstore.com. Worked fine at first, but for the price the build doesn’t feel great. After a few weeks the button’s already a little loose and the body has marks from normal use. Still turns on, but not sure it’ll hold up. Disappointing.

My package ended up arriving later than I expected, which was frustrating. The tracking info barely updated the whole time, so I was kind of left guessing where it was. To me, it felt like the tracking system wasn’t really useful when I actually needed it

This thing gets insanely bright, I’ll give it that, but the beam pattern is kind of a mess. There are weird ugly rings, and it drops off way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought it would be better. And of course, dealing with yet another overly automated support/setup process didn’t exactly make me feel better about it.

I got this from Imalent and overall the flashlight has been solid. The light itself works well, and that’s the main thing I pay attention to when I grab it. The battery life is okay, but on the higher settings it drains faster than I was hoping. The charging is the part I keep noticing most because it takes a while, so I kind of have to remember to plug it in ahead of time if I want to use it the next day. Not a bad flashlight at all, I just expected the battery and charger to be a little better for the price.
